A Bachelor of Business Information Systems develops the technical and creative skills required for making effective information communications technology-related business decisions in a global context. This course delivers a grounding in business analysis, data management and systems infrastructure, as well as leadership, team-building and project management skills, preparing you for the ever-evolving business climate.
This degree focuses on the introduction and development of skills to prepare you for a career as an information systems professional. You will learn critical academic skills, as well as knowledge and applications of a variety of information systems and how they impact businesses. As well as the 16 core subjects, the Bachelor of Business Information Systems includes eight elective subjects so you can tailor your degree to suit your career goals. Entry criteria
Australian Year 12 or equivalent; and
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - Academic - Overall 6.0 (with no sub-score <5.5); Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - 60 (with min 18 in writing); Cambridge English Scale Score (from 2015) - 169 (with no sub-score <162); Pearson Test of English (PTE) - 50 (with no sub-score <42).
