With a Diploma of Community Services, you can graduate with the skills and knowledge to be a valued professional worker in the community and social service areas. This may include areas in child protection, domestic violence, employment support, and migrant services, amongst others. You will have gained comprehensive skills in advocacy, case management, community program development, consultation, policy, and research, preparing you for a fulfilling and important career.

Course Structure:

To receive this qualification you must complete 16 units, 8 core and 8 electives. Students attend college 20 hours per week, either 4 evening per week or 3 days per week.

Course Outcomes:

For pathway students, upon completion of the course, students will be exempted 8 units in Bachelor of Community Services at Stott’s.
