Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Training Pathway

Students obtaining a competency for all units in this course will be awarded the full qualification BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management. Students not obtaining a competent result for all units in this course will receive a Statement of Attainment.

Students completing BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management may enter into workplace or continue current roles. Job roles and titles vary across different industry sections. A possible job title is manager.

Alternatively Students in BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management may continue their vocational education by undertaking Advanced Diploma level course from BSB Training Package e.g. BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Credit Transfer may be gained on completion of this qualification for further study in related qualifications.
