CPC30620 Certificate III Painting and Decorating is the nationally recognised qualification for Australian painters. You will learn all the essential knowledge and practical skills to work in the painting and decorating industry.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
This course provides you with the essential skills and knowledge to work in the painting and decorating industry.
Major areas of study include occupational health and safety, interpretation of plans and documents, measurements and calculations, use of hand and power tools, erection and dismantling of scaffolding, paint application and paint types, replace and remove doors and window components, apply wallpaper, manage small business finance and more.
You will need to bring:
A computer installed with an appropriate costing software and word processing software, webcam and internet access
Printer or printing services
Calculator
Camera with photo and video recording capabilities
Pen, pencils, markers, highlighters, coloring materials, eraser, ruler, onion skin paper
Personal safety PPEs (Steel Capped Boots, Gloves, Dusk Musk’s and Overalls).
