CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry is designed to provide practical and theoretical aspects of carpentry training. Our innovative carpentry training program allows the student to complete theoretical and practical training in our classroom and in-house simulation environment, then followed by a 360 hours work placement that allows the student to learn on the real construction site.
CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry is the qualification for anyone who wants to become a qualified carpenter in Australia.
This course provides you with the essential skills and knowledge to work in the building and construction industry as a carpenter.
Major areas of study include occupational health and safety, interpretation of plans and documents, measurements and calculations, use of hand and power tools, construct truss, pitched and complex roof systems, construct floor, wall and ceiling frames, erect scaffolding and work from heights, construct stairs, formwork and re-enforcement, install and replace windows and doors, wet out the building on site and more.
