The BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. Entry criteria
Hilton Academy has in place admission criteria as follows:
- Minimum age of 18 years and above
- Satisfactorily complete a minimum of year 12 or equivalent
- English Language Requirements – IELTS (Academic) overall score of 5.5 or TOEFL IBT 46 or Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 162 or PTE Academic 42 or equivalent
- Documentation according to Department of Home Affairs requirement
Additionally, the learner is required to:
- Complete an LLN assessment – diagnostic process to identify if prospective student requires LLN support
