Course Duration
This program is delivered over a total duration of 52 weeks including holidays and term breaks. This total duration consists of 40 weeks of course delivery plus up to 12 weeks holiday / break time depending upon the in take. Twenty hours (20/ of classes are scheduled for each week of delivery.

Entry criteria
- Prospective AABT international students are required to demonstrate their capacity to complete the course
- International students applying for Diploma level either off—shore or on—shore will need satisfactory completion of the equivalent of Australian Year 12 or Certificate IV or higher
- Have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies/: BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes; BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations; BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding; and BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and Equivalent competencies are predecessors to these units, which have been mapped as equivalent.

English Language Entry Requirements:
IELTS score 5.5 minimum (no lower than 5.0 in each band); or
TOEFL Paper based (PBT) score of 527; or
TOEFL Internet based (iBT) score 46
