Professional experience
You will be required to complete at least 680 hours of professional experience.
Work placement
Students will undertake clinical placements as part of a variety of clinical units throughout the course in maternity hospitals and community facilities. As part of your course, you will be placed in a range of organisations to integrate the theory you learn with practical workplace experiences (placements).

Entry criteria
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed an Australian Diploma in Nursing (Enrolled Nursing) which leads to eligibility for registration as an enrolled nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Overall score: 7.0; Individual score of: 7.0 in all tests
Pearson Test of English (PTE): 65 with a minimum of 65 in all four communicative skills
Test of English as a Foreign Language - Academic (TOEFL): Internet based total of 94: minimum 27 writing, 23 speaking, 24 reading and 24 listening
