All BHM academic staff have extensive industry experience and higher education teaching experience. The facilities used by students include the Zest training restaurant, coffee-making and kitchen facilities, the Holmesglen at Eildon campus for conference and student recreation facilities, as well as off-site visits to hospitality and tourism venues and businesses within Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Course structure
Mode of study: Full-time, on-campus face-to-face delivery.
All new students commencing in a higher education course must attend their faculty course orientation and Holmesglen's higher education orientation.
Assessment
Assessments are designed to provide learners with opportunities to demonstrate they have attained the required skills and knowledge using a range of practically based activities and tasks, as required by recognised standards.
