Course Details
Our Diploma of Information Technology is designed in collaboration with industry to provide you with the knowledge required to get started in the ICT sector. You can graduate with this standalone qualification or use it as a pathway into further study in a bachelor’s degree. Upon completion, you will be equipped with foundational knowledge in topics such as computer hardware and software, networking and programming, website development and cloud computing. By the end of this course, you will have gained a thorough introduction to IT professional practice.

Course structure: Delivered both on campus and online, the Diploma of Information Technology comprises of eight core subjects, each subject requiring 10 hours of study per week (made up of classes and self-directed study). Assessments may include activity-based assignments or online quizzes. There are no formal exams.
